Currently, yes!  Dr. Glass enrolls a very small number of patients into the practice to provide unrushed, comprehensive, personalized care.  When the maximum number of patients is reached, then interested families will be placed on a waitlist.

There is NO LIMIT to the number of home visits your child can receive per month or per year.

Yes!  We love newborns and prefer to see them early.  It is highly recommended that pregnant parents enroll their baby by the 36th week of pregnancy to allow ample time for enrollment prior to the baby's arrival.  

Yes, if your child is a member of the practice.  Dr. Glass is available to provide pediatric care to members 24 hours a day.

Yes!  Dr. Glass provides video visits through telemedicine and will send prescriptions electronically to a local pharmacy within the USA.

We provide lactation services to everyone. Therefore, you do not have to be a member of the practice to receive breastfeeding care and support. Our practice is composed of patients without insurance, with traditional health insurance, and with healthcare sharing plans.  If you do not have insurance, our doctor has access to heavily discounted labs & imaging to keep your out-of-pocket costs low.   

Very simply, we accept ALL insurance plans.  Dr. Glass will utilize your insurance to obtain labs, x-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs, and vaccines and to recommend in-network specialists and emergency rooms. 

We utilize a simple monthly or annual membership fee that includes ALL pediatric home visits, after-hours care, and access to the doctor's private phone number.  Our patients pay no hospital fees, facility fees, after-hours fees, phone call fees, copays, or deductibles to our practice.  So, there are no surprise bills!

The Vine Pediatrics and Lactation focuses on the QUALITY of service, not the quantity of patients.  Our physician MAXIMIZES time with patients by minimizing insurance  administrative work.  Universally, our patients say that the services and benefits provided by the practice far exceeds what their insurance will cover.  On average, our patients spend 60 minutes longer with Dr. Glass than in a traditional office-based appointment.  

Many insurance plans (including Medicaid, Marketplace, and employer plans) are reimbursing lactation visits if they are provided by an IBCLC.  After the lactation visit, parents are given a superbill with ICD-10 diagnoses and CPT procedure codes to use for seeking insurance reimbursement. 

Parents can also use their HSA, FSA, or HRA card for lactation care at The Vine.  

At the Vine, we limit our time communicating with insurance companies and filing insurance claims.  As an out-of-network physician, this allows Dr. Glass to travel to see patients in their homes and spend more time providing unparalleled, compassionate health care. 

You can easily and quickly submit our superbills for insurance reimbursement on the Reimbursify app which is available in the app store for Android phones and iPhones. You can also submit directly to your insurance company by calling the customer service phone number on the back of your insurance card. 

Superbills are only provided for lactation consultations.  

Credit cards, debit cards, electronic checks (ACH bank transfers), HSA cards, FSA cards, and HRA cards are accepted for pediatric memberships.   

Zelle, Venmo, Paypal,  HSA cards, FSA cards, and HRA cards are accepted for lactation visits. 

We accept HSA (health savings account), FSA (flexible spending account), and HRA (health reimbursement account) card payments similar to any other debit/credit card payment. You should also check with your employer's human resources department or personal accountant to confirm that membership payments are eligible.

For pediatric care, caregivers can choose to pay once per year or monthly. The annual payment includes a discount.

For lactation support, parents make a one-time payment for all lactation services at The Vine.   Parents also have the option to pay for an additional visits as needed.
