We provide vaccines within our regular service area and outside of the service area.

Send a picture of the primary adult's driver license or passport via Email info@vinepediatrics.com or Fax 832-336-3947.

Send a picture of the front and the back of the health insurance card along with the name and date of birth of the policyholder via Email info@vinepediatrics.com or Fax 832-336-3947.  (Most insurance plans are accepted, except Medicaid.)

Vaccine fees are usually 100% covered with health insurance, or vaccine fees will be a separate charge without insurance.  

For non-members,  the travel fee to a site is $199 for the first person and $100 for each additional person.  Additional fee applies for sites outside Beltway 8(Sam Houston Tollway).

We accept payment through ZELLE (info@vinepediatrics.com), PAYPAL (info@vinepediatrics.com) or VENMO (info@vinepediatrics.com).

After personal identification, health insurance (if available), signed consent form, and payment are received, an appointment confirmation will be sent to your email address.
